Challenge
Branch air-conditioning is business-critical infrastructure for a bank — a failed system in a customer-facing hall is an immediate operational problem, not a maintenance ticket.
The bank had experienced underperformance from previous contractors: inconsistent service quality across a large branch footprint, and response times that did not match the criticality of the environment. They required a vendor capable of maintaining uniform standards across dozens of sites simultaneously, with documented accountability.
Solution
CASS was appointed as sole HVAC vendor for the Selangor zone under a yearly contract structure covering the full service range: preventive maintenance, general servicing, scheduled chemical cleaning, breakdown repair, system replacement, and design advisory where branch renovations or system upgrades required it.
Execution
Work is scheduled around banking operations. Critical customer-facing areas are serviced after office hours; non-critical areas during normal hours.
Across 71 branches this requires disciplined scheduling, consistent technician standards, and documented completion per site — the operational backbone that distinguishes a network-scale vendor from a single-site contractor.
