Most homeowners call us for one of two reasons: something has stopped working properly, or something new needs putting in. Both are handled by people who do this daily.

Why the Two Contacts Are Different
Servicing an existing unit and specifying a new one are different jobs, so they go to different teams. A service call needs a technician who can diagnose a fault today. A new installation needs someone who will size the system to the room, check whether existing piping can be reused, and get the fit-out sequenced around the rest of the work happening in the house.
Picking the right one at the start means you talk to the person who can actually answer, instead of being passed along. If you’re not sure which applies, use Service or Repair— we’ll redirect you ourselves if it turns out to be an installation job.

CASS is primarily a commercial HVAC contractor. We maintain 126 bank branches across two nationwide networks, and we work in hospitals and hotels where systems cannot be taken offline. That work sets how we operate everywhere else.

- Authorised Daikin dealer — equipment access and manufacturer technical support, with commissioning data retained for the systems we install.
- Authorised Hisense and Haier dealer — a second supply route when a Daikin model is not the right fit for the room or the budget.
- Midea supplied and installed — sourced through our distributors, then fitted and serviced by our own teams.

A finished wall unit set high and clear of the furniture line, with the pipework taken out through the wall behind it rather than run down the face of it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should home air-conditioning be serviced?+−
For a typical home unit running daily, servicing every three to four months keeps cooling performance and power consumption where they should be. Units in dusty areas, or running close to continuously, need attention more often. If cooling has dropped off noticeably or the unit has started making new noises, don't wait for the next interval.
What is the difference between normal service and chemical cleaning?+−
Normal service covers filter cleaning, coil wash-down, drainage check and a general performance check. Chemical cleaning is a deeper treatment for coils and blowers that have built up grime normal servicing can no longer shift — usually needed when airflow has weakened, the unit smells, or it has gone a long stretch without service. We'll tell you which one your unit actually needs rather than defaulting to the more expensive option.
How much does home aircond service cost?+−
It depends on the number of units, system type, and whether normal servicing or chemical cleaning is required. Send us your location and how many units you have on WhatsApp and we'll quote it — we'd rather give you a real number than a headline price that changes when we arrive.
My aircond is not cold. Does it need gas or repair?+−
Not necessarily gas. Weak cooling is just as often a dirty coil, a blocked filter, or a drainage problem — and topping up refrigerant on a system that isn't leaking treats a symptom rather than the fault. If refrigerant genuinely is low, that means there's a leak to find, because a sealed system doesn't consume it. We diagnose before quoting.

Do you supply and install new units?+−
Yes. We're an authorised Daikin dealer and have been a Daikin Million Dollar Dealer for six consecutive years, and we're an authorised Hisense and Haier dealer as well, so we supply as well as install. We also supply and install Midea, sourced through our distributors. That covers replacing an ageing unit and fitting out a new home. Use the New Installation contact — installation is handled by a different team from servicing, and going straight to them saves a hand-off.
Can you replace an old unit and keep the existing piping?+−
Sometimes, but it should be checked rather than assumed. Existing copper piping can often be reused if it's the right size for the new unit, in good condition, and was properly installed. Reusing piping that's undersized or contaminated is a common cause of a new system underperforming from day one — which is a more expensive problem than replacing the pipe would have been.
Do you handle whole-home systems for landed properties?+−
Yes, and that work is designed rather than simply installed — cooling load calculated per room, zoning planned, and concealed ductwork or VRV specified where it suits the property.
