Challenge
An integrated resort presents an unusually wide range of HVAC environments within a single property: guest rooms with individual comfort requirements, large continuously-occupied public floors, conference spaces with variable occupancy loads, and outdoor-adjacent leisure facilities.
None of these environments can be taken offline — the property operates around the clock, and every space has a different load profile, access constraint, and tolerance for disruption. Work is awarded on a per-job tendered basis, requiring competitive submission alongside consistent delivery.
Solution
Repair and maintenance works delivered on a per-job basis across the property's varied environments, spanning guest accommodation, gaming and public floors, conference facilities, and leisure areas.
