Banking
A Second Nationwide Bank Network, 55 Branches Across Peninsular Malaysia
The same maintenance model, replicated at a second bank across 55 branches — evidence the approach transfers.
Client
A nationwide Malaysian bank with a 55-branch network across Peninsular Malaysia.
Challenge
The same operating problem at a different institution: air-conditioning treated as critical infrastructure, prior contractor performance falling short of the standard a branch network requires, and the need for a vendor that could hold consistent quality across a geographically dispersed footprint.
Solution
Appointment under a yearly contract structure covering general servicing, preventive maintenance, scheduled chemical cleaning, repair, replacement, and design advisory — the same operating model proven across an existing multi-branch bank network.
Execution
Identical discipline: critical customer-facing areas after hours, non-critical areas during normal operating hours, documented completion per branch.
Evidence
- 55 branches across Peninsular Malaysia
- Engagement commenced 2025
- Yearly contract, auto-renewing
- Full-scope coverage matching an established multi-branch banking model
- After-hours execution in live banking environments
Outcome
A second nationwide banking network operating on the same maintenance model — evidence that the approach is systematic and transferable, not site-specific.
